We are offering a full-time position for the right applicant to join our busy team. Our company specializes in constructing Granny Flats in the Sydney metro area & Central Coast. We are a privately owned Australian company who have established a strong reputation for quality, service, unique product & great pricing. This track record has seen us become the supplier of choice for clients who need value for money with affordable housing solutions.     This Role Includes:       

• Setting up profiles on construction sites
• Supervise drilling and pouring concrete for footings.
• Erection of sub-floor steel system – piers, bearers, joists.
• Installation of flooring
• Erecting steel pre-fabricated wall & roof frame panels
• Installation of Colorbond roofing systems.
• Fitting windows, glass sliding doors.
• General building tasks.
• Immediate Start

         Ideal Applicant:       

• Have a good work ethic and can-do attitude.
• Experience in domestic housing construction.
• Steel frame construction experience an advantage.
• Can work autonomously and lead by example.
• Takes on responsibility for all work on site.
• Able to meet expected deadlines and on budget
• Can motivate & have a positive effect on fellow workers.
• Possess good attitude toward building tasks in general.
